Our August 11th Community Call focused on how two NGL communities coordinate business support at both the community and school level. Tom Besaw and Liz Taylor described how business support is coordinated through the district office in Volusia County (Daytona Beach, Florida). They have done a great job developing a senior business group that oversees their district's master plan and, at the school level, supports individual career academies.Kim McNulty from the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP) oversees business support across three school districts in Coachella, California.
